Ya Luxe Aromas currently offers shipping on standard direct-checkout orders, while prepaid local pickup is available by request only for certain locations. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Options & Fees:


Shipping is currently the standard fulfillment option on direct product checkout links.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

-Standard Shipping — $5
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

-Priority Shipping — $8
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

-Express Shipping — $12
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days



*Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping, and Luxe Members qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $35.

Prepaid Local Pickup:

Prepaid local pickup is not automatically selected through direct product checkout at this time. If you would like pickup instead of shipping, you must submit a Pickup Request first to confirm whether pickup is available for your area. Pickup is only offered for certain locations and only when approved by Ya Luxe Aromas. Please do not place a shipping-based checkout if you need pickup approval first.

Processing Time:

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Processing times may vary during:
-high order volume
-special promotions
-launches or featured drops
-holidays
-unexpected delays


Free Shipping:

Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.

Luxe Members qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $35.

It does not apply to Priority Shipping or Express Shipping.

Shipping Address Accuracy:


Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly when completing payment.

Ya Luxe Aromas is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by:

-incorrect shipping addresses
-incomplete address information
-customer entry errors
-undeliverable locations provided by the customer

If you believe you entered your shipping information incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery Timing:


Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping option selected, the carrier, and your location. Estimated shipping times are provided when available, but carrier delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

Delivery times may vary depending on:
-carrier delays
-holidays
-weather
-service interruptions
-destination location


*Ya Luxe Aromas is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once the package has been handed off for shipment.

Tracking Information:

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear once your package has been processed by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages:

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need help after contacting the carrier, you may reach out to Ya Luxe Aromas and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

-your full name
-your order details
-clear photos of the issue
-a brief explanation of the problem

Discounts & Shipping Offers:

Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.
Luxe Members qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $35.
First-time buyers receive a one-time 10% discount on their first purchase.
New Luxe Members receive a one-time 15% discount on their next purchase.


*Only one discount may be used per order. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.

Multiple Separate Orders

Because the Ya Luxe Aromas website does not currently use a shopping cart, some customers may complete more than one separate checkout when ordering from different product pages. If you place more than one order and need order support, please submit a Multiple Order / Combined Fulfillment Request so your purchases can be reviewed together where applicable. Separate checkouts may otherwise be processed as separate orders.

Sample Set Shipping

Mini sample sets are shipped like other qualifying orders unless otherwise stated. Special request sample sets may require additional review before fulfillment. Sample set credits apply only to qualifying full orders of $15 or more placed within 48 hours, are one-time for non-Luxe Members, are non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
