Because our products include personal fragrance items, home fragrance items, and sample products, all sales are handled with care and intention. All Ya Luxe Aromas orders are final sale.

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, scent preference, hygiene considerations, and product handling,all sales are final.

Ya Luxe Aromas does not accept returns on delivered or picked up products.

This applies to, but is not limited to:
-roll-on perfumes
-roll-on colognes
-spray perfumes
-spray colognes
-jelly candles
-wax candles
-wax melt scent samples
-mini sample sets


Returned products will not be accepted for scent preference, change of mind, or opened/used condition.

Mini Sample Set Policy
Mini sample sets are designed to help customers explore scents before committing to a full order.

Because fragrance preference is personal, all mini sample sets are:
-final sale
-non-refundable
-not eligible for returns due to scent preference

This includes:
-individual mini roll-on samples
-curated mini roll-on sample sets
-individual mini spray samples
-curated mini spray sample sets
-wax melt scent samples for candle scent testing
-custom-request sample sets

Mini sample set credits:
-apply only to qualifying full orders of $15 or more
-must be used within 48 hours
-are one-time for non-Luxe Members
-are non-refundable
-cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions


*If a customer does not like a fragrance or any scent included in a sample set, that does not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement.

When a Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit May Be Considered:

Refunds, replacements, store credit, or a soft courtesy option may only be considered if:

-you received the wrong item
-your order arrived damaged
-your item arrived defective
-your order arrived leaking
-part of your order was missing

To request review, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with:

-your full name
-order details
-clear photos of the issue
-a short explanation of the problem

If approved, Ya Luxe Aromas may offer one of the following at its discretion:

-replacement item
-store credit
-refund to the original payment method
-soft courtesy option


Soft Courtesy Option
Ya Luxe Aromas may choose to offer a soft courtesy option in select situations at our discretion. A courtesy option is not a guaranteed refund and may include:

-a one-time courtesy credit
-a one-time reduced-cost replacement option
-a one-time alternate sample opportunity
-another reasonable goodwill solution chosen by Ya Luxe Aromas

How to Request a Review:


To request a review of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

-your full name
-your order details
-clear photos of the issue
-a brief explanation of the problem

Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

If Your Request Is Approved:

If your request is approved, Ya Luxe Aromas may offer one of the following:

-a replacement item
-store credit
-a refund to the original payment method

The resolution offered will depend on the situation and product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Ya Luxe Aromas does not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

-change of mind
-scent preference

-dislike of a fragrance after purchase
-dislike of a candle scent after purchase
-opened or used items
-orders submitted with incorrect shipping information
-delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
-issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

-missed pickup opportunities after approval
-separate orders placed by mistake by the customer
-failure to request pickup before using a shipping-based checkout link

Pickup Orders:
Prepaid local pickup is available only by request and only for certain locations when approved. If a customer places a shipping-based checkout order when pickup approval was needed first, Ya Luxe Aromas is not responsible for refunding that order solely because the customer preferred pickup instead of shipping. Pickup-related concerns must also be reported within 48 hours of the approved pickup handoff.

Multiple Separate Orders:
Because the website does not currently use a shopping cart, some customers may complete more than one separate checkout when ordering from different product pages. Separate checkouts may be processed as separate orders unless the customer submits a Multiple Order / Combined Fulfillment Request for support where applicable. Placing multiple separate orders does not automatically qualify a customer for refunds, credits, or merged fulfillment.



Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing, been prepared for pickup, or been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Custom orders, special orders, and sample set orders may not be cancelable once preparation has begun.

Discounts & Promotions:
-Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.
-Luxe Members qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $35.
-First-time buyers receive a one-time 10% discount on their first purchase.
-New Luxe Members receive a one-time 15% discount on their next purchase.


*Only one discount may be used per order. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
