How do I place an order?
For standard products, use quick checkout where a direct checkout button is available. For custom requests, special orders, pickup requests, custom sample sets, or help with multiple separate orders, please use the appropriate request form.


Is the Order Request Form still available?
Yes. The Order Request Form is still available, but it is no longer the main ordering method for standard products. It is now mainly used for custom requests, special orders, pickup requests, custom sample sets, and order support.

Do I order directly through the website?
Yes, on select standard products you can order through direct checkout buttons linked to secure payment checkout.

Does your website have a shopping cart?

No. The website does not currently use a shopping cart.

Why might I have to place more than one order?

Because the website does not currently use a shopping cart, some customers may complete more than one separate checkout when ordering from different product pages.

Can I add more items before checkout?

Checkout pages offer recommended products before payment is completed. If available, you may add those products during checkout.

What if I place more than one separate checkout?

If you place more than one order and need support, please submit a Multiple Order / Combined Fulfillment Request so your purchases can be reviewed together where applicable. Separate checkouts may otherwise be processed as separate orders.


Can I order more than one product at a time?
Yes. You may purchase multiple products, but depending on the checkout links used, they may need to be placed through one checkout with recommended add-ons or through separate checkouts. You may also submit a special request for bulk orders.

Is my order confirmed after I submit a request form?

No. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Can I request a custom sample set?
Yes. Special request sample sets may be requested through the Order Request Form.

Do mini sample sets count toward a full order?
Yes. Mini sample set credits may be applied to qualifying full orders of $15 or more within 48 hours.

Are mini sample set credits refundable?
No. Sample set credits are non-refundable.

Can mini sample set credits be combined with other discounts?
No. Mini sample set credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

What if I do not like a fragrance in my sample set?
Fragrance preference is personal, so mini sample sets are final sale and non-refundable. No refunds are issued for scent preference.
