Sample Set Credit Policy
Mini sample set orders may be credited toward a qualifying full order of $15 or more placed within 48 hours. Sample credits are one-time for non-Luxe Members, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Mini sample sets are intended to help customers explore scent options before committing to a full order.
Because fragrance preference is personal, mini sample sets are final sale and are not refunded for scent preference. Soft courtesy consideration may be offered at Ya Luxe Aromas’ discretion, but refunds are not issued for simply not liking a scent.
